Program Leadership

Dr. Earl O. Darlington
Vice President for Academic Affairs & Dean of Faculty

Our Vice-President for Graduate Studies, Rev. Dr. Earl Orlando Darlington, born in Boston, MA, holds degrees from Gordon College (BA), UNC Chapel Hill (MA in Linguistics), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MATS), and Oral Roberts University (EdD; and has taught at various educational levels and educational ministries at GCTS.

He began his ministry in urban outreach with the Emmanuel Gospel Center in Boston and spent over 40 years as an associate minister at International Family Church. Currently, he serves with his wife Denise at Calvary Christian Church and is Vice President and professor at the Graduate School of Theology, Harvest Intercontinental America University. Passionate about cross-cultural ministry, he has traveled on short-term missions to numerous countries. Dr. Darlington has been married to Denise for over 46 years; they have two daughters and six grandchildren.

 

Dr. Joshua Nador
Graduate School Coordinator

An academician and leadership developer with over ten years of experience in higher education and missional leadership, he holds an MA in Global Leadership and a Doctor of Missiology/Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. His dissertation, “Developing Missional Leaders Through Spiritual Fathering in Liberia” (2019), was published in ProQuest. He has led the Building Healthy Leaders and the Building Healthy Church courses for LeaderSource SGA across several nations, served as a Leadership Consultant with Mercy Ships on the Liberia Health System Strengthening program, and is currently Assistant Pastor at Monrovia Christian Fellowship. He is married with two sons.
